The failure analysis test of PCBA and electromechanical components (by standards of IPC-TM-650 2.1.1, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-6012, J-STD-035, J-STD-020, JESD22A121, JESD201, and MIL-STD-883), including Cross section test, Scanning accoustic microscope test, X-ray/ Radiography test, Scanning electron microscope test, Visual inspection test, Focused ion beam test, Emission microscope test, Probe test, Electrostatic discharge test (HBM/MM), and Latch-up test.
